Once Upon a Time… Hooked at 10 Years Old

SleepTight

Yup, it’s “Once Upon a Time” time again. When we rewind and review a TL post or three that’s been buried among the deep dark halls of the TL archives.

I’m presently away from the keyboard – off on another adventure. This one a doozy: 6 weeks wandering footloose among the Balkans and Turkey (the latter that is, IF they don’t go staging another gubberment coup).

And while I maaaaaay check in with a pic or two posted on Facebook or Instagram, I thought I’d prep a few posts here that I can auto-schedule and publish with but a click on my phone from… Germany or Austria or Slovenia or Croatia or… wherever I might happen to be at this moment.

With near 300 posts (nearly a half MILLION words!) here in the TL annals, no doubt there’s plenty of posts you’ve never even seen, or at least long forgotten.  So hop into your jammies kiddies, and settle down for a fun little TravelnLass bedtime story.

Ever wondered what inspired me to doggedly pursue a lifetime of travel? Listen to the song, people. It was the song that did it.

Woo-hoo! I finally made it to the legendary pyramids at Giza in Egypt!
